We negotiate all types of medical bills, including emergency room visits, surgeries, lab work, imaging, specialist consultations, urgent care, and more. If we can't work with a specific bill type, we'll let you know upfront.
Your bill must be no more than two years old and cannot be in collections or involved in any legal proceedings. Bills that have already been sent to a collection agency or are part of a lawsuit or dispute are outside the scope of what we can negotiate. If you're unsure whether your bill qualifies, upload it and we'll let you know.
No. Once you send in the case file, Agent Loop takes it from here. Our team handles everything — we'll contact you only if we need additional information or when the case is closed.

We offer two plans: Pay Per Bill at $129 per bill, or an Annual Membership at $499/year (approximately $83/bill) for up to 6 bills. Both plans include our 100% money-back guarantee.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If we're unable to reduce your bill, you'll receive a full refund of the fee — no questions asked.
No. We charge a flat fee — either $129 per bill or $499/year. We never take a percentage of your savings. What you save is yours to keep.

Process & timeline
What happens after you upload your bill.
Most negotiations are completed within 2–4 weeks. Some complex cases may take a bit longer, but we'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.
You'll receive email updates at each major step of the process. You can also log in to your account at any time to check the status of your negotiation.
All you need is your medical bill — either a photo or a PDF. We'll handle everything from there. The more detail on the bill, the better we can negotiate.
